Day 1 – Transfer To Jaipur From Agra In A Car

As you suppose to reach Jaipur in the morning, the driver will arrange pick up before sunrise and hence, by 11 you would be there in Jaipur possibly.

After reaching Jaipur, you will be taken to hotel where first freshen up and have your meal. Then get ready to check out City Palace – a renowned tourists’ destination of Pink City. This is a huge royal museum that is open to ordinary people. So, check this museum out along with several other buildings like Diwan-e-Aam, Diwan-E-Khas, Sheesh Mahal etc. here. Next place to visit in Jaipur is Jantar Mantar. It is an ancient solar observatory having a huge sun dial that is listed as the largest solar dial in the globe. Built by the famous king of Rajasthan Sawai Jai Singh II, this monument holds a great significance in Indian and Rajasthani tourism. Therefore, this visit is going to be a proud thing in this trip.

After exploring Jantar Mantar, step ahead to next destination that is Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds. It is a 5 storey crown shaped building that was initially built for royal ladies. From this palace, the royal women used to keep a check on various proceedings of the city and that too secretly. After dinner, you will be dropped to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2 – Exploring Amber Fort & Local Market & Departure

Next morning, have your mouth-watering breakfast in hotel and then, depart for exploring one of the most amazing places in Jaipur – Amber Fort. It is amongst the most powerful forts of the country and features the best and most exquisite locality of beautiful Aravali Hills that mesmerise anyone who loves nature and adventure. Riding on the back of an elephant adds more excitement to this visit and hence, you must try out this adventure on your tour too. This place consists of temples, several rooms, museum, halls and so on. The stunning carvings, artwork and décor of this fort is a perfect example of Persian and Rajput architecture. So, spend a quality tour time here and then, proceed to next destination.

Now, it is the time to visit Nahargarh Fort that is also a masterpiece of Rajput architecture. This is a stunning fort related to royal family of Rajasthan and has so many attractive things to check out. After that, visit Jal Mahal – a place located inside Man Sagar Lake. It is believed that this palace has several storeys in which only 1 storey is visible and rest of them are lost inside the water. After that, you will be taken to local bazaar of Jaipur to buy various speciality products of Rajasthan to take home. Then, you will be taken to Delhi as it is the time for departure from Jaipur.
