Payment And Reservations

Reservations related to accommodation are required to be done on Single, Double or Triple occupancy basis. The request of reservation has to be sent to us by email or in written form along with the complete payment as per below mentioned procedure.

1. Reservation Booking Made 3 or more months prior to reporting :

Total invoice costing over USD 1000 – Customers are required to pay 50% of invoiced amount at the time of booking; while Balance amount to be paid 60 days prior to reach

Invoice costing under USD 1000 and over USD 600 – Customers are required to make 75% of payment while making reservations and Balance amount to be paid 60 days prior to reach

Invoice costing under USD 600 – Full payment to be made at the time of reservation

2. Reservation Made 3 or less months to reporting :

For making tours and accommodation payments – choose any of the three available options:

Payment Via Bank Draft – Make sure to make a draft favouring Travel Con Pvt. Ltd. and mark the draft with Account Payee.

Payment Via Credit Cards – Make payment and reservation from our website

Payments made by bank transfer – Make sure to pay directly to our official company account number.

Package Inclusions

• Accommodation based on twin sharing in resort, jungle lodge or top rated hotel is offered on breakfast and bed basis.

• All kinds of transfers as mentioned in the tour itinerary is provisioned to be made in AC coach and car for all travel options

• In all kinds of sightseeing, customers will be provided with assistance for English speaking local guide

• All taxes included in the package cost

Package Exclusions

• Domestic and international airport tax and air fare is not included in the package cost. The air-fare for domestic tour is mentioned separately.

• Any kind of additional sightseeing or tour or extra stay out of the itinerary is excluded from the package cost and service

• All personal stuff like laundry, phone calls, drinks etc.

• Entry fee for various monuments

• Insurance of the traveller and his or her belongings

• Any gratuities to hotel staff, porters or guides

Policy Related To Service or Tour Cancellation

Charges For Cancellation – It is mandatory to make cancellation notice in a proper written form in the name of Travel Con Pvt. Ltd.

Cancellation made more than 2 months before the date of tour – 25% of invoice amount will be deducted.

Cancellation made 1 – 2 months before the date of tour – 50% of the invoice amount will be deducted

Cancellation made 1 month or less days before the date of tour – 100% of the invoice amount will be deducted.

Besides these cancellation policies, in certain cases, we can make some changes in cancellation policy that would be decided on the spot after a mutual discussion between customer and the company.

In case of any amendments in our Terms & Conditions, the same would be posted here along with new dates to be effective from.
